  • FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

    Devin graduated from BYU in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and went on to complete her Master's in Accounting the following year at the University of Denver. She started her career working in the Business Tax Services division of Deloitte Tax Denver where she became a CPA. After having her first child she left public accounting to start Brecken Business Solutions in 2017. Since starting the business, she has enjoyed working with small businesses to help them create strong processes around their accounting so they can meet all tax requirements and make the best decisions for their business. Devin lives in Colorado and enjoys being outdoors with her family.

  • MANAGING PARTNER

    Rachel brings over 20 years of diverse accounting experience to the Brecken team. She joined the firm in early 2021 and became a partner the following year, contributing her expertise in operations, human resources, and financial management to help clients streamline their business processes and achieve sustainable growth.

    She earned her degree in Accounting in South Florida and holds a PHRca certification in Human Resources, underscoring her well-rounded understanding of both the financial and people sides of business. Her specialties include HR strategy, payroll management, and complex accounting and bookkeeping for dynamic organizations.

    Based in San Diego, Rachel combines her professional focus with a love of exploration, which include traveling the globe whenever she can to experience new cultures and perspectives.

  • MANAGING PARTNER

    Ashley joined Brecken Business Solutions in 2022. She received her Masters of Taxation and Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University. Ashley has worked in the accounting industry for over 6 years. Her background includes audit, estate and tax. In her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends soaking up the Florida sunshine.
